We are hiring for a Marketing and Communication Specialist in our Cambridge office.
Responsibilities: Under the leadership of the VP, Marketing and Communications this individual will be accountable for providing marketing and communication support to business initiatives to attract and retain clients and employees. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to implement marketing plans to align with business goals. In addition, they are capable of writing and self-editing engaging content across all marketing tactics. The Marketing and Communication Specialist is a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent judgment. They are excited about online marketing environments. They are a team player who drives to deliver by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- University degree or related college diploma in journalism, public relations or Marketing
- 3-5 years previous experience providing marketing and/or communication support is a must, as is the ability to manage to tight deadlines and budgets
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of online marketing and content strategies
- Experience within the financial services industry is preferred.
